Formerly at South Central College, I am currently an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts.

I have specific expertise in teaching design drawing and visualization, as well as traditional graphic design, vector illustration, design methodology, and design research. I guide my students to develop a robust process that will take their projects from developmental concepts to final production.
My current area of interest is in Design for Social Change. My research goals are to educate design scholars to be cognizant of how subtle messaging within their work can influence society for good.
